The agreement between you and FrozenArt when you place an order on www.frozenart.store.
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive our confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we tell you straight away and refund it in full.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. Offers and coupon codes are subject to their own conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours of pigments, inks and finished pieces can look slightly different on different screens, and handmade studio pieces are each one of a kind.
Resin, hardener, pigments, fragrance oils and candle materials must be used as directed on the label, with suitable ventilation and protection. FrozenArt is not responsible for results or harm caused by use against those directions.
