How your order travels from our studio to your workbench, anywhere in India.
In-stock orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days of payment (Monday to Saturday). Made-to-order items take longer; the product page shows the expected time.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pin code. Remote and north-eastern areas can take a few days more. Festivals, weather and courier delays are outside our control, but we will always help you chase a parcel.
Shipping is worked out at checkout from your address and the weight of the order, and shown before you pay. When a free-shipping offer is running, it applies automatically above the stated order value.
Resin, hardener and other liquids are sealed and double-bagged; moulds are boxed flat so they keep their shape; glass and finished studio pieces are bubble-wrapped and boxed.
Once your parcel ships, the tracking link appears on your order page and in your email. Track your order any time with your order number and email.
