FrozenArt does not export directly. Instead we work with trusted, licensed export agencies who handle the paperwork, customs and delivery — so makers outside India can still order our supplies.
Our partners deliver to most countries. Destinations makers ask us about most often include the UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Europe. If your country is not listed, ask us — we will check with our partners.
After hand-over, transit usually takes 7–20 working days, depending on the destination, the service chosen and customs clearance. Faster express services are available on request at a higher cost.
Many carriers treat resin, hardener, alcohol inks, fragrance oils and other liquids or chemicals as restricted or dangerous goods. Depending on the country and the carrier:
We confirm what can go before you pay. Moulds, tools, bases, dry pigments and finished studio pieces are usually straightforward.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged in your country are paid by the receiver and are not included in our quote unless we say so. Some countries require the receiver’s ID or tax number for clearance (for example national ID in Saudi Arabia and Qatar) — please keep it ready.
Quotes are in Indian rupees (INR). Your bank converts the amount at its own rate when you pay by card.
Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos, as described in our refund and cancellation policy. Claims for damage or loss in transit are made through the export agency’s insurance where it was taken. Because of the cost of shipping back to India, international orders cannot be returned for a change of mind.
