What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and delivery addresses, when you order or create an account
Your orders and the messages you send us
Basic technical information (such as your browser and pages visited) to keep the store working and secure

What we do not collect

Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and never reach our servers. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders, and to issue GST invoices
To send order and delivery updates by email or WhatsApp
To send offers and news — only if you opted in, and you can opt out at any time

We share delivery details only with the courier or export agency that carries your parcel, and payment details only with Razorpay. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can see and update your details under My account. To have your account or data deleted, email support@frozenart.store. We keep invoices for as long as the tax law requires.
